angular – On iOS does restart after guide shut differ from restart after OS shut?

We’ve got an Ionic 6 / Capacitor 4 / Angular 12 app.

I’m seeing a special behaviour (on sure units solely) when the app re-starts relying on the reason for the restart.

If I shut the app and open it (i.e the onResume lifecycle is activating) the app works okay and behaves okay on all units.

If I swipe-close the app manually myself and re-open it the app works on all units.

If I open that app after a interval of X hours and re-open it AND within the meantime the OS has determined to shut the app, on some units (my iPhone SE for instance) – the app behaves in another way and fails (a name to safe storage in a third social gathering auth library is failing to get a token)

So far as I’m involved the second and third use-cases are equivalent – the app is closed absolutely and is beginning up. However I’m seeing a special behaviour. Are there variations between these two eventualities so far as the app is anxious?
