iOS Common Hyperlinks not engaged on iOS 12

I’ve arrange Common Hyperlinks on my iOS app and I’ve the next AASA (apple-app-site-association) file hosted domestically :

   "applinks":{
      "apps":[],
      "particulars":[
         {
            "appID":"***********",
            "paths":["*"],
            "parts":[
               {
                  "/":"/auth/email/*",
                  "?":{
                     "email":"?*",
                     "token":"?*",
                  }
               },
               {
                  "/":"/auth/password/*",
                  "?":{
                     "hash":"?*"
                  }
               }
            ]
         }
      ]
   }
}

I’ve adopted the directions of this video from Apple explaining what to place to help pre iOS 13: https://developer.apple.com/movies/play/wwdc2019/717/.
As they clarify to help pre iOS13 releases, I’ve added the “apps” keys with an empty array worth, and I’ve used the “paths” key to declare my paths.

However it isn’t working.
I’m sending URLs to my iPhone 8 simulator operating iOS 12.4 through:
xcrun simctl openurl booted "https://a4e2-213-11-30-75.eu.ngrok.io/auth/e-mail?e-mail=12&token=12&" . When operating this command, Safari opens the URL as an alternative of my app.
I’ve additionally checked that the AASA file is fetched from my web-server by the simulator, and it’s.

On my iPhone 12 simulator operating iOS 14 or iOS 15, it’s working (similar command). Additionally it is engaged on my linked iPhone 12 Professional when clicking on the URL from an e-mail.

What am I lacking ?
